we hit tipping point with P and M. M left by herself, and the whole house decided that both P and M must go.
what pushed us over the edge was what's been an issue from day one. fights, psychotic actions, lying and overbearing alpha-male-dom. we were having an AMAZING jam session, everyone was happy and contributing. music was so good someone asked if we were a band. we weren't. it's our house flourishing. but then P and M put on their usual show. it was their last one, because they killed the party again. we now have to deal with their tempers in accepting this decision. we're having some trouble making P understand that he doesn't rule anyone and that he is outnumbered now and that his authoritarian ways are over.
this is a tremendous defeat for me and T, because we put a lot of effort into them. we were trying to fix them. but now we see they can't be fixed. they need to be assisted by a professional. the majority of the people in the house decided. i was soft on them again, but the rest of the guys stood up and said they didn't want to give them a chance again. we are considering all our choices to help them, but not having them living with us again. it is too damaging for everyone.
on a lighter note, people are now referring to our house as beautiful. the new stream of people from couchsurfing and friends is beginning to prove what i predicted: it feeds the house and makes it grow. we're stronger than ever now.
